OCREVUS Patient Navigators

Your Patient Navigator can take you through the process of getting treatment with OCREVUS and assist you along the way. This person will work with you and your healthcare team throughout your journey with OCREVUS.

We understand your medicine may be costly. Your Patient Navigator can also help you find assistance options to help you pay for OCREVUS.

To get started, fill out the OCREVUS Start Form. Both you and your doctor must complete this form.  You only need to complete Section 1.  The rest of the form must be filled out by your doctor.

The OCREVUS Co-pay Program*

The OCREVUS Co-pay Program helps people with commercial health insurance. This might be a plan you get through your employer or one you purchased through a Health Insurance Marketplace like HealthCare.gov. To qualify, you must also meet other criteria.
